Ongoing accountability and pattern work
ProXIMITY COACHING
Closer support. Faster awareness. Real-time change.
This is a more connected level of coaching.
We stay close to what’s happening in your day to day so patterns are interrupted as they arise, not after the fact.
Support becomes more immediate, more personal, and more precise.
Includes:
1hour coaching sessions per week
After 4months, health coaching can be swapped for personal training online or IRL.
Fully integrated coaching and training with same day feedback and reflection
Utilizes my online training app with macros, nutrition plan and training plan.
Higher level access, responsiveness and daily support via whats app
